These terms explain what you can expect from BeautyDash and what we ask of you in return. Please read them. By using the app, you agree to what is below.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, opening, or using BeautyDash, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What BeautyDash is
BeautyDash is a personal organizer for beauty, wellness, and self-care. It helps you keep track of visits, providers, services, products, photos, reminders, packages, and spending. It is built for personal use, not professional record-keeping.
3. Your information
You are responsible for the information you add to the app, including appointments, photos, notes, and any details about providers or services. Please only add information you have the right to use, and avoid uploading photos of other people without their permission.
4. Not professional advice
BeautyDash does not provide medical, dermatological, financial, or professional advice. Anything you see in the app is for personal organization only. Always speak with a qualified professional for decisions about your health, skin, treatments, or money.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not use BeautyDash to break the law, harm others, harass anyone, infringe on someone else's rights, or interfere with how the app works. We can suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
6. Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, and your data will be removed within 30 days, other than limited records we may need to keep for legal or security reasons.
7. App availability and changes
We work hard to keep BeautyDash reliable, but the app is offered as is. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time, and the app may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BeautyDash and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including lost data, missed appointments, or reliance on information you stored in the app. Always keep your own backups of anything important.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top and, when appropriate, let you know inside the app.
