BeautyDash is a personal organizer for your beauty and wellness routine. Your photos, notes, and visit history belong to you. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show third-party ads inside the app.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Information you add to the app

BeautyDash only knows what you choose to put in it. That can include:

• Appointments and visit dates.
• Providers, salons, and the people you see.
• Services, treatments, and color or product formulas.
• Products you use at home.
• Notes, favorites, and personal preferences.
• Photos you save to a visit or routine.
• Reminders and follow-up dates.
• Packages, memberships, and remaining sessions.
• Spending details you enter for each visit.

Account information

We store your email address so you can sign in and keep your history on your device. If you create an account, we also store a secure identifier so we can recognize you across sessions.

How we use your information

We use the information you add to:

• Organize your beauty and wellness history.
• Power reminders, favorites, and quick lookups.
• Show you spending summaries and personal insights.
• Keep the app running, fix bugs, and improve performance.

Third-party services

To run a modern app we may rely on trusted providers for hosting, secure storage, email delivery, analytics, and crash reporting. These providers only receive what they need to do their job and are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes. We do not share your photos, notes, or visit history with advertisers.

Your controls

You can export or delete your data at any time from inside the app. Account deletion removes your data from our systems within 30 days, other than limited records we are required to keep for legal or security reasons.

Children

BeautyDash is not intended for children under 13. Please do not create an account or add information if you are under 13.

BeautyDash is a personal organization tool. It is not medical, dermatological, financial, or professional advice. Always speak with a qualified professional for decisions about your health, skin, or finances.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top and, when appropriate, let you know inside the app.
